1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a Flyercat account and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Flyercat is a hyperlocal advertising platform that enables businesses to create and distribute promotional content to consumers within a defined geographic area. Ads are delivered based on location, real-world triggers, and user preferences.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Business use only

The Flyercat business portal is intended for legitimate commercial use by registered businesses or sole traders. You may not use the platform to promote illegal goods or services, misleading offers, or content that violates applicable UK law.

5. Content standards

All ads and promotional content you create must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading. Flyercat reserves the right to remove content that breaches these standards without notice.

6. Payment and billing

Details of any fees, subscriptions, or pay-per-campaign charges will be provided separately. By agreeing to a paid plan you authorise us to charge the payment method on file.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content you grant Flyercat a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform for the purposes of fulfilling the service.

8. Limitation of liability

Flyercat is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and liability for loss arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time from within the platform settings.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance.
